Spinks has been used to supply materials to complete a fantastic new-build property near Newark for Mr and Mrs Wallace.
Local Doncaster builder, Lindsay Barber who has been has been a loyal customer of Spinks for over 30 years- is well-known for his high-quality builds, completing many projects around Doncaster was contracted for the job. He used Spinks for all the integral materials to complete this build, including the plumbing, bricks, blocks, insulation, roofing, timber, kitchen & bathrooms.

As well as managing the build, Lindsay also put his client, Mrs Wallace in touch with the showroom team at Spinks Interiors Doncaster so they could design her 3 bathrooms, a downstairs toilet and kitchen.
Designer Kay, worked with the Wallace’s on the bathroom and kitchen designs Kay said; “Mrs Wallace was very hands-on when the time came for choosing interior schemes, colours and furniture, for her kitchen and bathrooms, and we were able to work with her to create stunning spaces.
We selected a range of products from some of the leading manufacturers including; Heritage Bath, Drench, Geberit and Hansgrohe to name a few. We were also able to provide technical plans and fitting instructions to the contractors and arranged site meetings at various stages to assist installation and make accommodations for deliveries.”
Mrs Wallace said; “I’m extremely pleased with the kitchen and the bathrooms. The quality of the products are excellent as well as the design service that they offered. They listened to what our requirements where and guided us through the design taking our comments on board and tweaking as necessary. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.”
